FAQs

Everything people ask us, answered straight

Including the awkward ones. If your question isn’t here, ask us directly — you’ll get the same kind of answer.

About SEO itself

Does SEO still work in 2026, with AI answering everything?

Yes — and the panic is overdone. Organic search still delivers the majority of measurable traffic for nearly every business we run. What's changed: informational clicks are shrinking, AI answers shape which brands get considered, and the winners now optimize for both layers. 'SEO is dead' has been announced roughly annually since 2009; the people announcing it usually sell an alternative.

How long does SEO take?

Local map visibility: often 60–90 days. Competitive organic terms: 6–12 months. It's a compounding channel — slow to start, then increasingly hard to stop. Anyone promising page one in 30 days is planning to either fail or cheat, and both end up costing you.

Can you guarantee rankings?

No, and neither can anyone else — Google's algorithm isn't ours to promise. We guarantee the work, full transparency into it, and honest reporting. In nine years that's proven a better deal for clients than any fake guarantee.

What's the difference between SEO, AEO and GEO?

SEO gets you ranked in search results. AEO gets you cited inside AI answers. GEO shapes how generative AI describes your brand generally. They share a foundation and we run them as one program — the full breakdown is in our AEO guide.

Working with us

Who actually does the work on my account?

Senior specialists, with the lead strategist accountable for your account on every monthly call. No account-manager buffer between you and the people doing the work — that buffer is where accountability goes to die at bigger agencies.

Is there a lock-in contract?

Three months initial — SEO needs a quarter to show direction honestly — then month to month. We keep clients by performing.

Do you outsource?

Specialist tasks like native-language content review, yes, under our QA. Strategy, technical work and client communication, never. And nothing about your account goes to a mystery third party.

What do you need from us to start?

Access (analytics, Search Console, site admin, GBP), an hour for a kickoff conversation, and someone who can approve content. That's genuinely it. We handle the rest and we're gentle with busy client teams.

What happens if we stop working together?

Everything stays yours — content, profiles, data, documentation of what was done and why. Offboarding shouldn't be a hostage negotiation, and with us it isn't.

Money & measurement

How much should we budget for SEO?

Our plans run $900 to $6,500+ monthly depending on market difficulty — details on the pricing page. The honest framing: budget against the value of a customer and the cost of the ads you're currently buying. SEO usually looks cheap in that comparison and expensive in a vacuum.

How will we know it's working?

Leading indicators first (indexation, impressions, rankings movement), then the ones that matter: calls, form fills, revenue from organic. Monthly reports in plain language, with a standing call where you can challenge anything. If a quarter goes sideways, the report says so — you'll never learn about a problem from your own analytics before you learn it from us.

Is SEO better than paid ads?

Different physics. Ads are a tap — instant, and off the moment you stop paying, with rising prices. SEO is infrastructure — slow to build, then producing at near-zero marginal cost. Most mature businesses want both, weighted toward organic as it compounds.
